There is a flame sensor that senses when the ignitor is hot enough to light the gas. If the flame sensor is bad the gas valve won't open. It also might be the valve itself. There are 2 coils that must open for the gas to get through the valve. If one of the coils is bad the valve won't open.

Samsung Gas Dryer model DV328AGW/XAA, not getting gas to ignighter,

Could be a defective igniter, thermocouple, or gas valve

My mdg308daww spins, the heat igniter, glows for about 5-10 seconds and then stops after about a minute it glows again. The igniter was tested ok, and the coils were replaced still the same problem....

Assuming the gas supply valve is turned on, I would make sure the gas valve orifice in your dryer isn't plugged up. If its not that leaves your gas valve not letting the gas in. Very rare though.

Smelled mild gas odor after moving dryer. Replaced gas line connection. Still smell gas. Tried to tighten gas line have strong gas odor after running dryer. Does not seem to be heating

The gas valve should not be opening unless the glow igniter glows and sends a signal to the gas valve. I suspect a small leak in either the gas pipe or at the gas valve. You will have to get to the gas valve to perform a leak test. While the dryer is open, replace the igniter.

Have a stove ,oven will not light, the igniter glows bright, but there isn"t any gas coming into the manifold, the model is MGR5755ADW

Sounds like a bad igniter. even though it seems to be working it may not be getting enough resistance to open th gas valve. 90% of the time its the glow bar that is at fault. Slight chance that the gas valve is bad. Hope this helps you. Let me know if you need more help. Do not touch the glow bar when replacing it.

Dryer worked well until recently. Igniter glows

I would take a look at the gas coil solenoids. The gas coils are right above the gas valves. They are black electrical coils. When energized, the coils open the gas valves. If one or more of the coils is defective (bad solenoids), then the gas valves won't open and the gas cannot ignite. Because it's difficult to test the coils, it is best to replace both (all) of them at the same time. Sure hope this helped and best wishes.

check for igniter to be glowing, remove the plastic tab on the front panel an start the dryer

if it glows igniter is ok takes about 30 seconds to glow.if it glows is ok.
then check the thermal fuse for conitnuity an if it checks ok
then you have bad coils. replace the coils an ur done

Yes, that is most likely the problem. Once the glow bar igniter glows so hot, the switch opens & drops power to the igniter.(The radiant sensor has continuity while cold & open when a flame is present.) At the same time, by opening it redirects power to the valve coils allowing them to open & gas flow to the burner assembly. The dying glow of the igniter fires the gas. However, if your igniter glows, the radiant sensor is good. In this case, you'd need to replace the gas valve solenoids.
