You seem to have asked this question twice. So, here is the same answer: If you mean the LG PC Suite, to connect it to your PC, this one works with my wife's KF750 phone. I don't know whether it is device specific or not. Feel free to give it a try.

Try taking battery out with phone on. Leave Battery out for at least a
minute and put back in. If still white and phone is under a year old,
contact service provider. They usually have a one year warranty if phone
is under a year with no physical damage. If phone is a refurbished
phone you may only have 60 to 90 days of warranty.
