Question about HP Pavilion ze2000 Notebook
My computer recently starting showing the blue screen of death. So decided it was time to do a system recovery. I had lost my recovery disk so i ordered a new on from hp. When I attempted to do a system recovery and chose to boot from the disk it sounded like it started to read it and then just stopped. I never had that problem before while doing a system recovery. Is there something wrong with my computer or is possible they sent me a wrong disk?
It's very possible that your hard drive has failed, and the recovery is stopping because it's unable to read/write to/from the drive. Try a new hard drive.
