Remove your disk-drive, and connect it as a "slave" disk-drive on some other computer, and then use the anti-virus software on that computer to do a "deep" virus-scan on that "slave" disk-drive.
Or, remove your disk-drive, purchase a new (faster, larger) disk-drive, and reinstall Windows onto that new disk-drive. Download McAfee, install it, and update it. Connect the "old" disk-drive as a "slave" disk-drive, and either copy all your files from it, and then disconnect the "old" disk-drive,
or run a "deep" virus-scan on that "slave" disk-drive.
Or, take the computer (minus all the connecting cables/keyboard/mouse) to any computer-store, and get them to attempt to "clean" the virus.
You require Norton AntiVirus from a disc as a clean boot will be required due to the virus "hiding" in the RAM.
