I recently bought a hp camera, and a little boy knocked it out of my hands, now the lens vision is blurry, and it opens, but not the lens cap. it says lens error, and to try opening and closing it, but that doesnt work. what can i do?? does best buy have anyone to repair this?? maybe?? i am expecting a baby any day now, and this is why i got me a camera in the first place
Hey mistydawn33,
Our Best Buy™ store can send the camera out for service you just need to bring it to the Geek Squad® precinct in the store and they will send it out for service. I will say that the cost to repair digital cameras often exceeds the value of the camera, and the repair can take a couple of weeks to get done on average. I hope this helps!
Sincerely,
Allan
