I am trying to get a batteryt replacement under a service plan and cannot seem to get the correct information for the international phone number, and have been told they will not ship to a po box. How can I get my part if i don not have correct infromatin. Where is the international office located/

You haven't stated the type of phone or phone service, or where you're located. However, with no other information, I can only guess that you may be on a pay-as-you-go plan, and you're trying to use a service you haven't paid for-- like internet or MMS (sending and receiving photos). Or, you're using Orange in the U.K. Or, both. If that's the case, you need to check your phone's documentation, or confirm which services you're allowed to use under your plan. If you're using Orange, you can check "questions" on their website.
If neither of those fit your situation, you may want to provide additional information.
When the DST short test fails it means you hard drive has failed. You need to get in contact with Dell and see if you can get the it repaired or replaced. You will have to pay for the repair if your computer is not under warranty or does not have the extended service plan on it.

If you you have a data plan and verify that it is in the system - and you still don't have internet access, ask to talk to your cellular provider's Tech Department when you call them in order to verify the correct access codes have been properly programmed in your phone.
Had same problem, trying to register the 2 yr. service plan purchased at the same time I purchased the xbox 360. Called the 877-968-6391 service phone number, automated voice system gives you about 4 options to choose from. I did the option 1 trying to preregister the 2 yr. service plan, and it also indicated to go to the web site to register, but found no option to do so on the web site. Called back the same phone number, pressed option 3, then pressed option 4, was some how able to speak to a customer representative, who informed me that you don't have to preregister the 2 yr. service plan. She said you hang on to your receipt, your receipt should show the 2 yr. service plan number that you purchased, in the event that you have a problem with the product that you purchased, then you call the 800 service plan number shown on your receipt to get help for repairs on your purchased product. At least that's what I was told, and I hope that's the way it works, after you purchasing a service agreement for extra money!

Yes, I did fix it. I'm sure your "experts" already know how I did it. So there is no need to provide you that information. I was able to order the necessary parts through a competing website that actually shares repair information, technical manuals and expertise. I will use their website for all future repairs. There are too many websites that share repair information and make money providing links to parts suppliers to waste my money paying one of your "experts" to try and guess what's wrong.
Take care of it NOW. We ignored the error (knowing we're under a service plan so we'd get to it eventually). Then last week the TV just cut out and we got no picture and the red lamp light came on. Service guy came out today and replaced the lamp and it didn't work and then called Mitsubishi. They said it is probably a very common capacitor problem on the power supply board. If you open the back and take a look you are likely to see bulging caps. Parts C9A37 and C9A38. The caps are cheap if you can find them, but the parts are really hard to find right now so Best Buy is actually replacing these for people under service plans rather than fixing them. The message you are getting is a sign that the caps are getting too hot and need to shut down to cool off... It will eventually ruin your lamp if you let it go on.

BTW, our guy said the repair will run you about $200 if you can't do it yourself, but someone else on this board with guru status recommends a kit that comes with a CD and a manual that will help you fix this. They even give a web address to order it. If we weren't under a service plan I would be going this route...
I used to work at Best Buy so here is the scoop. Bring in your notebook ASAP to Best Buy. Take it to the Geek Squad counter and tell them that you have a service plan and would like a new battery. Under your service plan you are entitled to a battery replacement. What they will do is order you a new one, and have it sent to the store. They might tell you that you have to have it sent off for service, but in actuality they can just send the order in without your notebook. As long as you go in prior to the expiration date, and the order is sent in before the PSP expires, you should be fine.
