Just stating that the air conditioner does not cool is a very open ended question. We need more information like is the compressor running?, is the blower running?,

Fan won't blow on ac, but works on furnace

The fans heat speed is low speed and the cool speed is high speed. High speed is controlled by the fan relay normally open switch, the low speed is controlled by the temperature delay or time delay.

NDR 1292 - Was freezing/cooling on electric, but stopped freezingcooling, tried gas but doesn't freeze or cool

Since it does not work on either AC or gas - do you have DC to the unit? I have spent many hours troubleshooting a Dometic that turned out to be a corroded DC connection.

When was the last time you cleaned the evaportor coil and condensor coil???? When its cool outside the condensor if its plugged with dirty can mantain the right condensor Head Pressure by useing the cool outside air when it has to run with 80 to 100 degree air it can't get the head pressure with in range to cool the freon. I would clean the condensor coil.......

How did you know when the cooling fans are not working

You may have one conventional belt-driven fan with a thermal clutch and the other electric or, both could be electric on your car.
The cooling fan that operates during non-AC operation (just a running engine) if electric, will be controlled by a thermal switch in the lower radiator tank and may not turn on at all unless the engine is warmed up. The belt-driven fan should be turning at some speed all the time if the engine is running and at much higher speed with a hot engine.
The fan that cools mostly when the AC is operating won't run under normal operation but may turn on in hot weather (or when the engine is under heavier loads) even without the AC operating.
Checking them would require having a warmed-up engine and the AC turned on. Both fans regardless of type should be turning then.

Greetings! Whenever you're dealing with a laptop computer that does not power up the first thing you want to do is disconnect the AC adapter from the laptop. The next step is to remove the battery from the laptop. Then reinsert the battery and reconnect the AC adapter. Press the power switch at this point and see if the laptop will power up normally.

Laptops are also prone to overheating. If the laptop powers up after it has cooled down and then fails again you may be dealing with an overheating issue. Try taking a standard can of compressed air and blowing out the ducts that supply fair to the cooling fan, as well as blowing off any "dust bunnies" or visible debris that have accumulated on the cooling fan itself.

Also make sure that the laptop is not sitting in an orientation that impedes the airflow to the cooling fan.
