I lost my disc that came with the HP J3680 Officejet All In One Printer where can i get the online version if there is a place, can someone pls tell e a SAFE site I can get the cd over the internet w/out the disc. thanks Denise

Hello try to renew the software from here:

Please select your windows system 32 or 64 bit version.
And click next.
Uninstall ALL the old software before you install the new one.
Disconnect the USB cable while you install the new software
and put it back in when the installation program tells you so.

I can`t tell you about the firmware because you have not written what
windows version you have.
