Im hoping you had a spike and blew a fuse. If you feel comfortable checking for a fuse problem check that other wise you might have blown a voltage regulator or a transistor
You most likely have a bad address board or the conntection is dirty between the address board and the PD (Plasma Display Panel). This is not a do it yourself repair as any damage to the cables to the PDP would require a PDP replacement.
