Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
Try taking out the cartridges, and turning off then unplugging the printer. Leave it unplugged for about five minutes, the plug it in. Wait a few more minutes, and turn it on. Wait for it to completely start up, then put the cartridges back in (make sure you are putting them in correctly, I think this is your product here). If it still shows the error, contact HP customer service.
They will probably say something similar, though.
