Question about Computers & Internet
Ensure that any switches on the laptop are selected to ON.
Go to the CONTROL PANEL and select NETWORK CONNECTIONS look at the Wireless Adapter. Does it have a RED CROSS through it?
If so right click on it and select ENABLE.
If there is nothing there then the wireless adapter may be damaged.
Some laptops require you to press the FN and one of the F keys to switch it on.
