Snowy channels

Cable is on in my apartment. However, the channels are snowy....no picture or only buzzing. So I use the clicker to see what I could have possibly hit to get it off cable. Upper left corner of the screen you see "
"Chan 3 ANT 2". So, I am guessing the "ANT 2" is my problem, but I can't find any button that changes that to anything.
Help me!
