Hello jadanleib, You can download latest driver for ATI RADEON 9250 video card from amd website fully compatible with Windows XP Professional, Home Edition. Click save driver to your computer, install the driver, don't forget to restart the computer.

Go to website http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx and choose your operating system, then choose radeon in the next window, then choose the 9250 in the last column then click go. It seems some of the systems do not have it listed, but windows xp 32 bit does have it, didnt see any for vista or 7.
