1 Answer

SONG LIBRARY IVE OWNED MY RCA PLAYER FOR AROUND 2 YRS. THE PLAYER IS ALMOST FULL WITH MY MUSIC. I JUST RECENTLY HAD TO HAVE MY COMPUTER RESTORED DUE TO VIRUSES. NOW I WANT TO PUT MY HUGE PLAYLIST BACK INTO MY WMP LIBRARY. I GET MSG THAT THERE ARE NO SONGS ON THE DEVICE. HOWEVER, WHERE THE AVAILABLE SPACE IS SHOWN ( IN SYNC LIST COLUMN) IT LISTS MY DEVICE AS ALMOST FULL...SO I KNOW THE SONGS ARE THERE..ALSO, I CAN STILL LISTEN TO THE SONGS ON THE MP3 PLAYER....I JUST CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO PUT MY HIGHLY VALUED 3-4 HUNDRED SONGS BACK ON MY WMP LIBRARY...ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I just purchased a RCA flash mp3 player. I

1. Plug the MP3 player into the USB port. Open Windows Media Player, which will recognize that the device is plugged in and register under the "Sync" tab at the top.
2. Click on the "Sync" tab and and the library that is on your MP3 player will be displayed.
3. You can select individual songs or albums for deletion. Simply right click on the song or album to be deleted and scroll down to the "Delete" option.
4. After selecting "Delete," another window will come up which says "Are you sure you want to delete [title of song]?" There are two options at this point--you can delete from the library only or from the library and your computer. Select the one or the other and click "OK." The song will be deleted. The change will be displayed within the library onscreen.
5. When you unplug the player from the port, the library will adjust the files to reflect the change. The player will say "configuring library" or some other message to that effect. Once this has finished, the main screen will be displayed. Depending on the model of the MP3 player, there may be a message stating "library updated."

Trying to music on rca lyra mp3

Try Windows Media Player 10 or 11 on an XP machine. Search for media files on your computer to add to the Media Player library. Create a playlist of songs from your library. Use the Sync tab to sync the RD2765 to that playlist.

IPod won't sync with existing iTunes

Hi,
Just connect it to your computer and sync it with your iTunes library. If that doesn't work, try 'restoring' the iPod and reloading your music from your library. Hope that helps.

ITunes Library

No, you will need to move the songs over. You can do this by backing up your music on a CD thru Itunes, and restoring the CD on the second computer. If you have enough room on your ipod you can copy all your music onto it and restore on the remote computer.
