Hold down the volume and power button for a count of 20 seconds. This should cause the light to stop flashing, then push the power button and it should power up as normal.
also try taking battery out for about 30 seconds then put back in this should also cause it to power up normally. But try the buttons first.

It turns out i found a solution to my problem. All you need to do is wait a few days and every day try turning it on several times. Mine turned on with 2% power. If you don't see the red light blinking then you probably need to charge it up then turn it on.
