This depends on your mail client. If it is web based, there will be a button to press that allows you to select the file you wish to send. If it is client based such as Eudora, Outlook, Outlook Express, you can either drag and drop the file onto the e-mail, or click the attachment button on the toolbar.

Email sendig files


Open up your new email type in the adress then you should see attachment depending on which email you are using select attachment then you will open up a browse window navigate to your Files select it you might have to wait a few seconds for it to load as an attachment then click send Hope this helps.

I need to send a email with a attachment.how do i do it?


Depending upon which email program you are using the way you attach a file to an email varys.
Generally - create you email to the person you want to send the file attachment then look at the menu bar for something like "attach a file" then go the the folder where the file/s is located and click on the file/s you want to attach, when finished then click Send.

Hello ,

Here is the solution for you . Just follow the steps below :
  1. Open a new email and address it to whomever you are sending the photo to.(for eg : Click on the compose mail and enter the email address)
  2. Click "Attach," which is typically located on the tool bar above the body of the email template. It will also generally have a paper clip graphic to help you locate that button.
  3. Select the "File" option. Many email programs offer a "File" or "Photo" option; simply select the "File" option as it's much easier and has no effect on how the file is sent or received.
  4. Choose the photo you want to send from your computer. You can access different files in your computer by choosing the "Browse" option at the bottom of the Menu box. Once you pick the photo, select "Open" to attach it to your email. This may take a few moments, so be patient.
  5. Review your email. You should see an attachment directly below the subject line of your email; that is your photo. You can repeat the process to add more than one photo if you choose to do so.
  6. Write your email and send it as you normally would.

3. Please enter the following command, and press enter.

4. Then, please move on to enter the following commands one by one. A success notification will be received after each command.

How to collect the WindowsUpdate.log file

Note: When attaching files to emails, the process will vary depending on the email application being used. While you are composing the email, most applications will provide you with either an "Attach" button or Paper Clip Icon to click in order to attach a file. First turn on the computer, after it loads up plug the scanner into the computer, turn it on, and it should prompt you to install a driver for the scanner. Follow the directions on screen and it will install it for you. After that, it might require a reboot of the system, if so do so. If not make sure the scanner is powered on and then put the document in the scanner and run the program that was installed for the scanner and it should scan for you, or if the scanner has a button that says scan and it should put it in a file on your computer, possibly in the MY DOCUMENTS folder. Open your email and compose new mail and then when your ready to put the file in, click the ATTACHMENTS button and find the file and click attach, and then send. There you just scanned and sent your first file VIA email. Congratulations. Any further questions please let me know.

How can I email an invitations that I created from Print Workshop 2009. I Published project to email but it did not go through.


First when you created it, you named it right?
Ok go into your email client and compose the email to whom you are going to send it. Then attach the invitation . Depends on what email client you are using. You should either see the word "attach" or the word "file" and clicking on file you will see the word attach. when you click on attach, a window will open up and allow you to browse to the folder where the invitation is. click on it. and it should attach it to your email. When you hit send, it will go to the recipient.

I don't seem to be able to send photos by Kodak Easyshare e-mail even though I am on line and the address is correct.


Ditch Kodak Easyshare and just use your email program:
Attachment basics When you send photos in e-mail, the photos go along for the ride as attachments, just like any other file you add to an e-mail.
To attach a photo in Outlook:
  1. Click New to open a Message window.
  2. Fill in the To and Subject boxes as usual and type any message you wish to accompany the photos.
  3. Click Insert File (the paperclip icon), locate your file through the Insert File box, click the file's name and then click the Insert button. If you wish to add multiple files from within the same folder, hold down the Ctrl key while clicking multiple files, then click the Insert button.
  4. Repeat Step 3 for any other files you wish to attach.
  5. Click Send.
In Outlook Express:
  1. Click Create Mail to open a New Message window.
  2. Fill in the To and Subject lines and type in your message.
  3. Click the Attach button, locate the file in the Insert Attachment box and click Attach. Use Ctrl-click to select multiple files.
  4. Click Send.
In Netscape Mail:
  1. Click New Message to open the Compose window.
  2. Fill in the To and Subject lines, and type in your message.
  3. Click the Attach button or, in Netscape 6, click in the empty Attachments box.
  4. Select your file in the Enter Files To Attach dialog and click Open.
  5. To attach multiple files, repeat Steps 3 and 4.
  6. Click Send.

Add Background Sound to an Email in Outlook

To add background sound to an email in Outlook:

  • Create a new message using HTML formatting in Outlook.
  • Download the following file to your Desktop: zbgsound.htm.
  • Start Notepad.
  • Open the zbgsound.htm file you just downloaded in Notepad.
  • Replace ###path to background sound file### with the path to the desired background sound file.
    • The line could read <img src="C:\Documents and Settings\lsdoe\My Documents\My Music\lsdoem.mid" id="bgsound", for example.
  • Select File | Save from the menu.
  • In the Outlook message, select Insert | File... from the menu.
  • Go to your Desktop.
  • Highlight zbgsound.htm.
  • Click on the right down arrow of the Insert button.
  • Select Insert as Text.
  • Continue editing your message.

I hop that helped, it looks complicated buts its not. Basically if you know how html works your email allows html you just put the html code for teh music in it.
