Question about Kyocera Mita FS 3800 Laser Printer
Recently started using envelope feeder, and when envelopes (business size) exit fuser they had crease on trailing end of envelope. Replaced fuser unit, but it made no difference. Are there any adjustments available to resolve problem? Thanks.
Open the back of the printer and there are grey tabs you have to push down on the green levers. This is a must or the envelopes will always do that. Push down both the grey tabs. One one each side.
