Nuvera 100 CP

I have a Xerox Nuvera 100 that gives us a message that the fusor drawer is open even though it is closed - any ideas?

Don't know the model, but, most fuser drawers have a "home" switch behind the fuser assembly either on the rear frame or the rail, not usually on the fuser itself
