With that computer specs. the games mentioned should run OK. It looks like that the video card's drivers is not properly installed... The noise is from those fans inside the system case... check it out for dirt... it might need cleaning...

The Intel D102GGC2 uses a Dual Channel Memory Architecture meaning that both slots need to be running at the same speeds. I would suggest getting another 667 MHz RAM card and installing it along side your current one, just as I reminder this motherboard only supports 2GB RAM Max so don't get one that is above 1GB.
You shouldn't have any trouble. Minimum System Requirements for Fifa 09. CPU with 2.4 GHz (single-core) 512 Megabytes of RAM (1 GB required for Windows Vista?) DirectX? 9.0c Compatible 3D accelerated 128 MB video card or equivalent (must support Shader Model 2.0 or above) DirectX? 9.0c Compatible Sound Card 512Kbps or greater broadband connection for online gameplay MS compatible mouse Keyboard
hello, you just have a shared memory with the on-board ati graphics, if it's on- board graphic card it shares the system memory-most are adjustable through the system bios-in 64,128,256 settings. and if you put more memory, in most cases it will automatic-raise the memory size of the graphics memory. i hope this helps you, all the best. if you need further assistance reply. don't forget to rate this solution.
U have to find the motherbord's manual !!!! U will find there all u need. But most probably u won;t be able to put those processors (the speed diferences are too big, even if they are of the same slot type)
