printer wont do anything, all green lights are flashing and paper and ink lights are sold red?

I have the same problem.

turned it on...then the copy button is blinking ang if i do anything at all, it will only try to copy stuff which theres nothing to copy. i dont know how to put print. there are buttons for copy,fax,scan and the photo thing....where's print? i dont know how to work this thing
