I cant set any picture as a desktop wallpaper on my acer aspire one 533 laptop.........please tell me a solutio to this problem..

Hi,

It appears that you are using Windows7 Starter Edition which do not have the feature to set an image as background. I am sorry to say that if you want to set an image as desktop you should have Windows7 home edition or above.

Try this...
Left click Start>left click Control Panel>left click Appearance and Themes>Change desktop background.
Then click on "browse" and find the picture you want to use as a background.

How to change wallpaper on acer aspire one d255e laptop
Welcome to fix ya

If your system is running windows 7 try this

1. right click on the desktop and click personalize.

3. choose your desired wallpaper then click apply.

Why i can change my desktop background for acer D255/aspire one
Select the picture you would like to be your desktop background/wallpaper.

Then right click on it and Select the option to Set as Desktop background.

Remember to find a picture that is for the resolution of your screen to get a clear un-stretched picture.

Open the image you want to set as the wallpaper with Windows Photo Viewer, then right click on it and then click on "Set as Desktop Background".

Change wallpaper on acer notebook.
There is no way to change the wallpaper on acer aspire one netbook!!! If it is in fact the notebook then you can go to any picture in your my pictures folder right click on it and choose set as wallpaper!!!

you could simply rightclick picture and choose to use as wallpaper i/e if you are running windows os or copy picture to C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper

I just baught an acer aspire one netbook and like many other people, i cant change the backround. i would like to use a saved picture, but i cant find any way possible to change it.
Click with the SECOND (usually the RIGHT) mouse-button anywhere on your background wallpaper.
Click Properties.
Click the Desktop tab.
Click Browse.
Browse to the saved picture, and select it.
