if you need to get the sound driver, you can download it at acer website. go to service&support>driver download>select notebook model and you will see all the drivers for your laptop including the sound driver. download and reinstall. hope this help. Good Day!
Create a folder on the C: drive named Drivers. Under the C:\Drivers\ folder create a sub-folder named Sound. When you download the sound driver - download it into C:\DRIVERS\SOUND.
* * You could follow the above process for all your driver downloads, such as Video. Once you have all the drivers downloaded within the C:\Drivers folder - Burn them all to CD or USB key for safe storage.
Okay once the download has completed, you will need to browse to the folder and unzip the driver download file. Then run the install/setup routine.

Hey from what i can understand about the problem ... u dont have the administrator accnt password and want to open it is it? Well for that there is a very simple way ... restart your comp in safe mode and then go to control panel --> users youll see another aministrator account w/o any passowrd(generally) log into it and remove the password for the other administrator account... but if it is locked ull have to try some thing else ... youll then ahve to rely on password cracking software.. which are generally not recommended
These Server Operating systems have compatibility issues with some hardware. I would do the following:
Get updates from the 2003 Server site; it checks for drivers also and updates them.
Write Acer Tech Support, tell them you want updated drivers for XXXXX soundcard.
Put your CD with sound drivers in drive. Go to hardware install in C-Panel and ask it to search for updated drivers on the CD. Or Right Click My Computer> Properties> hardware and select the yellowed gizmos. One of them will be your sound. Right click and select UPDATE DRIVER with the CD already on drive. Follow instructions. If you don;t have such a CD for your soundcard, find the drivers from Acer tech Support.
