I have the same exact situation - mine is practically new but the water barely gets warm and no steam. I went on the Euro Pro website to send a customer complaint, but it says server is busy-try later. *sigh*

Same thing, did what they said, pulled the trigger repeatedly, I get nothing.

SOURCE: Vinegar

Do not add anything to the tank.... Vinegar is corrosive and that would potentially be very bad.

SOURCE: shark steam mop

Well got one brought it home worked for five minutes. Went back to walmart exchanged my Shark.Only one box left, looked opened but nothing seemed out of place till I got it home.Must have beeen a previous return somebody was short a funnel for their meth.lab(lol).Now warranty or not have tod to take it apart and see. There is a line that looks like it has a tendency to come off it has a spring inside it.Looks like it just blew apart because of pressure (poor design) Going to reattach it see what happens.

You have to use distilled water in the steam mop. regular water clogs it up and causes it not to work.

Why the euro pro shark mop model S3202 Get hot but does not steam

Unplug your mop, add vinegar, plug back in, let it sit inside a sink or tub. When all vinegar has been steamed out, then unplug, Now add "DISTILLED WATER" and repeat until all brown residue left over is gone. Then, from now on, only use "DISTILLED WATER".

Hi, you could try the following steps, if you have not done so already. Some of these steps may seem like common sense, but it's for people to forget about checking the least expensive part to replace first, so if some of the steps are those that you have already tried, then feel free just to skip through to the ones you have not tried already.
  1. 1
Make sure the power cord is plugged firmly into the outlet. The steam mop will not start if it the power cord is loose.
  2. 2
Check the fuse box or circuit breaker connected to the outlet the steam mop is plugged in to. Replace any blown fuses. Reset any tripped breakers.
  3. 3
Check the water tank if the Shark steam mop will not produce steam. Add water to the tank if it is empty. The mop will not make steam without water in the tank. To fill the tank, turn the tank cap counterclockwise and lift it up to remove it. Set the filling funnel into the tank opening. Pour water through the funnel into the tank until the water level reaches the "Max" fill line on the tank. Replace the cap.
  4. 4
Inspect the microfiber cleaning pad if the steam mop is leaving water on the floor. If the microfiber pad is too wet, it will leave water on the floor. Unplug the mop from the wall outlet. Replace the microfiber cleaning pad. To replace the pad, move the latch strips out of the hooks on the mop head. Pull the pad off. Set the new cleaning pad on the mop head. Hook the latch strips onto the hooks on the mop head.
  5. 5
Use distilled water if the steam mop is leaving white spots on the floor. Hard water may cause white spots to be left.
If none of the above work, then is it something that you purchased recently, and is new? If you did, then it could still be fixed under the manufacturer's warranty regardless of whether or not the original length of the warranty has expired. This could be due to the fact that you have received a product that has some sort of manufacturing fault, rather than it stop working through misuse by the user.
If it's a common problem, then you will more then likely be able to return it to the manufacturer and have it replaced for a new one, let alone repaired :-) - This only applies to whether or not the item is New though :-).
Hope this info helps

The mop just stopes making steam to the head. Could this be A heat coil problem? Also a lot of others have had This happen.

On these steam mops, you have to use distilled water, if you use tap water and do not have a house water softner or some kind of water filtration system, the water running thru the tubes of the steam mop
will develop calcium deposits, these deposits are caused by hard water and will clog up the tubes, and keep the mop from producing steam, then you will have to replace the lines. i own this brand of steam
mop and had the same problem you had, I replaced the lines and started using distilled water, and have not had any problems since and that was last year. good luck!
