Question about PC Desktops
its can be ur vga cable fault, the cable that connects the monitor to Vga of cpu... so check ur cable..if faulty then repair or change it..
2ndry, it can be the fault of guns of monitor..if u can handle but it requires a lot of care to open the monitor and there are some variables of control the RGB guns... but do it only in the case, if ur expert of repair and handling of tv, monitors, or the best is to check it by an expert...dont handle it in untarined condition..but monitor picture tube contains thousands of volt even in off condition.
