I have a Brinks model 5074. I did the notarized statement to Action and they sent me a set of keys to open the safe. However, I also asked for the instructions on the sequence to set the electronic key pad. Obviously, they didn't send the ops instructions and it's a holiday weekend. Can you provide the insturctions?

70 to 72 degrees maximum surely now we are all supposed to be pulling together to save our planet???
I suggest you download the instructions for your type of thermostat. If the thermostat doesn't work per instructions it is obviously faulty.
You could contact Honeywell for advice over such an important matter.
go to www.honeywell.com. There you will find a search tab. Type in the exact model number of your thermostat. You will be able to download the installation/owners manual.
