I'm pretty sure those work just like the AC unit in a home or car/truck/SUV. If they are low on Freon the cooling unit (compressor) will not engage...so the air that it IS blowing is just recirculated air (the air from the room). Try looking for a HVAC company in your air...see if they can give you a (free) estimate. If it's not the Freon, then it's possible it could be the compressor is bad. Good luck! Jason
Hi, kindly check the thermostat of the condenser. thats why your compressor is not automatically stop due to not reach the actual settings of the temperature. or you have leak on the copper tubing that has freon inside. thanks
Water leak:
It's because of non-maintained air conditioner. Clean airfilter, indoor coil, blower wheel and also drain pan. Insulate freon pipelinesproperly and tightly. After that run the a/c. If still water dripping. Checkindoor f.motor speed. If less replace capacitor. If f.m. is o.k, check gaspressure. If less, there will be ice formation over the coil and water drippingwill be there when it melting. If short of gas, check for leak andrectify. Thanks. Helpful?
Hi, The problem here is the compressor.... it has failed and will not start. You can try to replace the capacitor and see if it will go but most likely the compressor is toast. I t will cost more to replace it then to buy a new unit.
