Here's a little tip for you, when it asks you for your unlock code, press the menu key. It'll ask you for your security code. If you haven't changed it, it should still be six zeroes. Enter that and you should have your phone unlocked.
When you get to the unlock code screen, press the "menu" key. It'll now be asking you for your security code. If you haven't changed that from the default, it should be six zeroes ("000000").
