I need a motherboard manual for my toshiba laptop. Where can I find one?

you may be able to remove the bios battery or reset the bios manually if you open it up

Toshiba doesn't make their service manuals publicly available, and to be quite honest, unless you have done this before, you may want to take it to a local pro and have them install a board for you either supplied by you or them. You should be able to find a board for it on Ebay.

According to the detailed specs on Toshiba's web site that model uses an Intel PM45 Chipset. Intel has some Technical Documents on this chipset.
