Please i am having problem on downloading files, document and some important images, events and the rest from the internet or from my inbox, when ever i want to download it, it will bring out a dialog box, asking me about my Last Name, Middle Name, e-mail address and the serial number, and I don't know the serial numbers for easy downloading, please kindly send it to me.

firstly, if you are downloading from open source files, you should not have any problems and that kind of "dialogue box" should not show...and secondly, do you have antivirus, anti spyware-adware installed in your computer? There might be a slight probability that what is causing that is a virus or malware...be careful on what websites and files you get from the net...
