Hi Maureen,

Depends on what phone you have...

FOR apple:

Here's how to enlarge text size throughout iOS on iPhone and iPad:
  1. Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap on General.
  3. Scroll down and now tap on Accessibility.
  4. Now tap on the Large Text option.
  5. Here you have several options to make text larger throughout iOS. Tap on the one you'd like.
On Android:

  • Tap the app drawer icon from the home screen.
  • From the displayed list, tap the Settings icon.
  • From the Settings window, in the left pane, tap the Display option.
  • From the right pane, under the Font section, tap the Font size option.
  • On the opened Font size window, tap to select the appropriate radio button to set the desired font size.

Enlarge and darken my font size

What program are you using? If it's Microsoft Word, in most of the latest versions there are several tabs at the top of the window. Choose "Home" - the program probably defaults to this tab when it opens - then in the block that says "Font" at the bottom, there's a box with a number in it. Highlight the text you want to enlarge, then change that number. To make it darker, you can make it "Bold" in that same Font box, but that's about it - black doesn't get any darker than black.

How do I change the print to larger as print has gone very small

Depending upon what progra you are using, you can usually click on VIEW, then select ZOOM. Zoom in or out until you find the text size you need to use.

If you want to change ALL of Windows' text sizes, right-click somewhere on the desktop and select PERSONALIZE. Click, DISPLAY, then SET CUSTOM TEXT SIZE (DPI). Increase the percentage until you find a comfortable size to work with. You will perhaps need to reboot your computer after changing the text size.

Change screen font and size

This amazingly easy trick will instantly enlarge hard to see text on your screen!
Should you ever want to decrease the text, this trick in reverse will minimize text as well!
Spending lots of time online can cause eyestrain, especially if you encounter very small text. Don't squint or hunch over your screen! Squinting causes wrinkles!
Using these tips you can read screen text comfortably!
With the press of two keys, you can enlarge the screen text without going into your settings.
Simply press and hold down the "control" key, while pressing the "plus sign" key.
Be sure to keep the "control key" depressed while you press the "plus sign" key.
Each repetition will enlarge the text.
This can make reading small text SO much easier!
To return the text back to its original size (being polite to the next user), simply press, and hold down the "control" key and the "minus sign" key.
Each repetition will decrease the text size.
also
Create Menu tab right click in the top of screen (toolbar) you will see a number of toolbar options select the menu bar
this will add to your screen toolbar File Edit View Favorites Tools and Help select the view from the drop down list will be a Zoom with percentages %
and text sizes largest to smallest

I WOULD LIKE TO ENLARGE TYPE ON MY SCREEN

To increase or decrease the size of objects and text on your screen 1.
Open Display in Control Panel.
2.
On the Settings tab, click Advanced.
3.
On the General tab, in the DPI setting list, click the dots per inch (dpi) setting you want to use.
4.
If you choose Other in the DPI setting list, you can set custom options in the Custom DPI Setting dialog box either by selecting one of the percentage options in the drop-down list or by clicking on the ruler and dragging the pointer to specify a setting.
5.
Restart your computer when prompted.
Note
• To open Display, click Start, click Control Panel, click Appearance and Themes, and then click Display.
• If you want to increase the size of text on your screen to make it more readable, use Font size on the Appearance tab in Display Properties.
• The dpi size you specify on the General tab affects all monitors attached to your computer and all users that log on to the computer.

Go to your control panel in the start menu. Search "Display" in the search box and then click Display when it appears. Then choose to expand things by 125% or 150% with "medium" or "large" respectively.
