Question about Computers & Internet
That is an access violation code, not from the company but on your computer. Are you clicking on "Open" or "Save" when trying to download? It's possible you need to click on "Save", save it to a place where you will be able to find it, like the desktop, then run it once it's completely downloaded. It also helps to close down open applications prior to installing anything.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
