Wahing machine Tricity Bedix AW1260W-Door problem

probably handle mechanism broken. to open is a bit difficult.
disconnect from mains and take top off.
feel down the cabinet front on the side where the door handle and opposite the door handle you will find the door interlock. in the door interlock, you will find the end of the door peg. force this towards the middle of the machine and with luck the door will open.
anothetr method is to break the handle off and use a small screwdriver on the door peg
