Your phone's microphone is not working and so it must be checked. See that the is no block to the microphone pores-- the small hole for the voice to be taken to the mic.
IF so use a hands-free to check if the circuit is working. If so the phone has no issue except a fault in the microphone or a connection fault in the hands-free.
You need to remove to check and must attempt only if you are confident.
A problem with the internal microphone, or the contact between it and the circuit board, more often on the later, cause a condenser microphone is quite rugged. Anyway, it really needs professional attention, but if you're adventurous enough all you need is a T5 or T6 screw driver to open. Clean it, but don't use any liquid. Again, it's a delicate job, better handled by professional on that field. You might end up losing your phone altogether.
The solution was quite simple. Always give your new hands free kits the full charge before trying to use it. I never thought it would make that much of a difference but it obviously does. I feel terrible about all the hands free kits i have taken back as faulty.
The microphone socket is very tight. Ensure the microphone plug is pushed in completely on the handsfree Control Unit.
There is a small cable and plug inserted into the top of the handset carrier. This is only a plug holder. The speaker will only work when this plug is plugged into the earphone socket on the side of the handset.
