a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

MICROSOFT 2007 WORKS PEACEFULLY ON SERVICE PACK 2,THE ONLY THING IS YOU SHOULD VE ATLEAST 1 GB RAM TO ACCESS IT SMOOTHER AND JUST BEFORE YOU INSTALL M.S 2007,REMOVE THE OLDER VERSION(M.S 2003)FROM UR P.C AND THEN INSTALL IT.......USING M.S 2007 YOU CAN SAVE THE DOCUMENT IN M.S.2003 FORMAT ALSO,AND M.S 2007 HAS VARIOUS OPTIONS WHICH IS HELPFULL TO U THAN M.S 2003...
Well that problem can be caused only if you are using older version of microsoft office 2007. If you have MS2003 package, and trying to open docx file extensions that will not work, but you are able to use docx extensions with MSoffice2007 package. In your question you put that you already use MS office 2007 package,so i suggest your docx extension is somehow corrupted.
If you had downloaded it from the internet please redownload it again.
If that was your work try to save it in doc format 1st then in docx if you want to enable only msoffice2007 users to use it. Good luck ! =)
If you bought the laptop in russia it is probably running a russian version of windows. You can get an english version of windows and reinstall ms office if you like or you can reboot the laptop and when it comes to language settings choose english version of windows. Unless you can read russian or know someone who does it will be difficult to change it. But ms office should give you a language option when you install it. Try uninstalling it then reinstall it and make sure you read each and every page before you click on next I to had this same problem with ms office and when I uninstalled and reinstalled I found I had somehow missed the option for language in my windows version only mine was chinese instead of english. Once changed it was all in english
Then do a search for 'all files and folders' - search for both Acrobat 6.0 and then Acrobat 7.0, with the options "Search system folders", "Search hidden files and folders" and "Search subfolders" checked. Delete all of those related files found. You should do this search and delete whenever you uninstall any programs. It will remove lots and lots of leftover junk files and corrupted files taking up room on your hard drive. It will also give you a "clean install" when you reinstall or install an updated program. (Do this ESPECIALLY when updating to a NEW anti-virus programs and “Internet Security Suite” programs such as McAfee or Norton etc.)
Download and install "Registry Mechanic" then do the updates prior to running it and removing anything for the first time. This will get rid of all your current Registry errors, prior to installing or reinstalling.
