Question about Samsung SGH-E370 Cellular Phone
If the phone was dropped it may have dislodged the chip cable. You could try pulling the phone apart carefully and the cable from the chipset to the screen pull it out and replace it carefully so you don't bend or brake it. It may also be that the screen is dead and you need a new one. This cannot be fixed and must be replaced.
