It is best that you need to source the manual of the food processor to find the use of the various attachments and their use.
Technically the different attachements are for the purpose used to chop or grind the ingredients for your cooking and so it will be explained in the receipe books.
So check this manual and start experimenting with each of them.

Once you are in the manual you will see the section on the food processor. Make sure you put it together exactly as shown and then have the lid secured. These are safety issues and the reason why it will not go if it it not exactly as shown. Joe
