Canon printer paper profiles for Canon Pixma 9500, are the profiles in printer preferences Canon profiles, or do I have to download them from Canon's site? And what site?

The photo paper is a little stiffer than bond, you usually just need to clean the feed roller with a damp rag to restore grip. When it ejects like that it usually means the paper is getting in too late due to slippage of the feed roller.

The printing software you are using should have that size for you, I use photo gallery, after you select the image the pop-ups should be your printing software with the paper size choices.
