Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
This error message is indicative that either the hard drive (with the OS) is not detected by the BIOS / motherboard or that the files needed to start the Operating System is not found in the hard drive.
Diagnosis requires that the presence of the HD be detected by the CMOS/BIOS and saved. Booting to your OS would then determine if files are missing or not.
A re-install/repair if you are using Windows ispossible using the recovery CDs that came with your PC or an OEM Windows installer and using the repair option.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.
