Question about Haier hwr10xc6 Air Conditioner
Make sure that you are not turning the timer on when you turn on the air conditioner. Put it on cool mode and turn the temperature where you want it, usually between 70 and 75 degrees. If that isn't the problem, it is time for a full clean up with degreaser and water hose outside. BE SURE TO LET THE UNIT DRY COMPLETELY BEFORE TURNING PLUGGING IT IN. IF YOU GET AN E 1 PROBLEM, UNPLUG IT AND LET IT DRY SOME MORE.

Go here: http://www.partlinx.com/haier.asp
and search for the part. You have to start with your state, and then go from there. For my area, the remote is 19.99, plus shipping and tax. Also, try eBay. You can find a lot of things there!

I don't own this unit. However, you can try calling the "Haier Customer Satisfaction Center" @ 1-877-337-3639. Good Luck! littlesinger
