Question about Jura Capresso Impressa E75 Espresso & Coffee Maker

E75 water is going into the tray

All of a sudden, any water or espresso is coming down directly into the tray. Nothing comes out the front anymore. This is on my, usually reliable, 5-yr old E75. I tried a cleaning cycle to no avail. What's causing this?

Thanks so much for helping!

Water leaks into pod drawer and not much espresso comes out

The brass plate shown in the box must be free to move up and down about 1/8". Here it is in the down position pressing against the pod to make a seal. If yours is stuck in the up position, the water will go over, rather than through the pod; and drip into the tray. Access is easy. Remove the top. Then take out the 2 phillips screws behind the door which hold the front panel with door and lights. Gently lift the panel up and out of the way. Run the machine to see if this is your problem. If so, free-up the plate by using a screwdriver to pry it down, and a piece of wood to push it up. Repeat this several times.

I have a Krups xp2070 that sends hot water to the overflow instead of through the espresso (when trying to brew espresso).

The unit has two pressure valves that control release to the drip tray. Once they fail the hot water will go directly to the drip tray when the pressure goes up. The fix will be to replace the pressure valves (pair in series) which only cost about $20. I replaced mine and it fixed the problem. Good luck and happy espressos.

Open tap - filling system - close tap

Try using warm water in the watertank, important that the water is not too hot, it can cause leakage in the o-rings in the fluidsytem.
Repeat the procedure a few times, if nothing helps, turn off the machine and wait 1 hour and try again.

If you can`t get around this message, then the flowmeter needs to be changed.

No coffee will dispenses

I would remove the coffee spout and check the lines into it. The coffee seems to stop when it hits the spout and goes through the by pass instead. Remove the spout(be careful) then run a coffee and see if it works.

On Rinse nothing comes out?

Do you seem to end up with more water in the tray now then you did before this problem started? Does your coffee seem weaker then before? If so I have some ideas for you.

Saeco Talea Giro no steam or water from spout

I have the same problem as well, talked to a repair shop and it's definitely a "send in" or warranty repair. I was told it's an o-ring issue. I have no water coming out of the steam wand and it goes into the dispense tray instead.

Water leaks from softner dispenser

I had same thing with MtgNeptune frnt loader. Manual sed may be a kink in the front drain hose, caused by sudden burst in water pressure. Not in my case. A service call and $90 laterwasn't fixed. I pulled the soap tray and found rinse water wasn't going down the well as fast as it was filling, causing water to spill down front, and around the door. I turned down the water pressure 2 days ago and 9 loads later- no problem! It may take a few minutes longer to fill, but far less work than mopping after each load or hitting 'pause' and 'start' while waiting for the the water level to go down. We're on a well and ocassionally have change in water pressure. I don't know if this was the problem, but it was definately my solution! I turned the intake vavles at the wall to 1/2 pressure. Floor is staying dry and the drain tray beneath is also dry ($12.00 Menards). I hope this helps.
