Try to check if your ref. has a evaporator fan if have try to check if operational. check your thermostat if ok by setting it to coldest and compressor continues operation if not thermostat need replacement. try to check yor condenser fan then condenser if dusty. observe unit.
what brand is this fridge. is it a side by side or freezer on top fridge on bottom. whats the model number if you can find it, it will most likely be in the refrigerator. and just to let you know if you turn the thermostat to the coldest temperature, it wont blow cold air into refrigerator compartment
My Modle number is GDM-37 and per your below tip my Thermostat is working but the fan that is on the inside top of the fridge is not running. Does this mean the fan is Inop and needs replaced or can something else cause this problem?
