The alarm on my RAZRV3x does not work with any regularity and therefore can not be relied on at all. There does not seem to be any pattern to it. I have tried altering the time for new entries and even the regular time settings only works 80% of the time. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

*22899 will reset it to the last four of the phone number
otherwise take it to the store and have a rep hook it to the PST machine where they will be able to give you the lock code. (but only the knowledgeable reps will be able to do this, and at verizon those are hard to come by)
Power cycle your phone, it will then update in about 5 minutes. That's what I just did. The unfortunate thing about this phone is that it does not have anyway to update the time manually, you are forced to rely on the Cricket (therefore unreliable) network.
