My windows vista will not send or receive emails. When sending I receive Error 0X800CCC0F Wher nreciving I recive Error 797, Modem not found.

Is your internet connection good? Try the option "html version for slow connections" or so, during mail loading.

What operating system are you on? XP?
What program are you using to send and receive mail? outlook? Outlook express? windows mail? or some online mail provider?
Please copy the exact error message you receive and reply back with a comment including that message(s).

1. click on compose
2. go to attach
3. select document
4. click on attach
5. send to desired email-id

Reconnect to server or restart pc OR investigate stuck email on outbox or try to disable firewalls or antivirus as well

In your modem settings - make sure port 80, & 25 are open.

If u want to send and recive mails on ur mobile then u need to do some setting on ur mobile for that SMTP and POP3 is vital which will enable ur mobile to send and recive mails for setting Contact ur service provider
