There is no help - broken screens = out of luck - you can call Sandisk the manufacturer, they will tell you the same; you can call Best Buy geek squad, they will tell you the same; you can look up "Mp3 Repair" in your local or online yellow pages - they will tell you the same sorry

is my sansa broke or wat. when i plug the usb cord in the sansa comes on and wen i take it out it goes off , but the screen don't come on......i suffered the problem of wen the screen do come on it stops at the sansa rhapsody part then start over back to the big sansa screen then sansa rhapsody..........someone please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
did he plug it into your computer for over 24 hours, or into an ihome. if its an ihome or made for ipod unit, the sandisk is screwed. there might be hope if you plugged it into your computer, then it shouldn't hurt it.
