Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

It appears to be frozen

Hi, I'm having a major problem with my cellphone. Everytime i turn it on, it either starts up with no problem until the screen flashes white and it freezes, or when I try to turn it on a jumble of colors appear. I can't figure out what to do- It won't take calls (I've tried calling it), and it seems to be "stuck" on my main screen. I've tried charging it, and it doesn't help. Any ideas?!

You might try taking out the battery and putting it back in.If this does not help take it to your cell provider store.

If you can turn it off, hold your power and volume down button until a Hard reset option appears. Cancel it and turn your phone back on.

My Kyocera Event freezes on the Event by Kyocera screen everytime I try to turn it on. how di I fix this?

Hi!

I have a similar problem, but mine is complicated by the fact that I am trying to recover all my data ...

What I've discovered in my process may be of use to you.

If you're not worried about loosing all your stuff, and just want a phone you can use again, then this is the fix for you:

From off, start the phone with the on/off button '&' the down volume button at the same time (hold until recovery screen appears).

Choose the second option, "wipe data/factory reset." This will restore the software back to the original out-of-box condition.

I hope this helps.

Frozen screen not responding to touch

Hi,
remove the battery for a few minutes and then reinstall it...
start the phone and you should be good to go...
if the screen is still frozen, then you have major problems....
return the phone and have the service provider fix it, or if you have a repair plan or insurance on it, have them fix/replace it...

I cant get my phone to turn on everytime I hold the reset button the apple logo appears for 5 secs then the screen turns black.

Download the latest iTunes to your computer and reset the iPhone. Then re-sync it.
Reset

To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds. During this time, a red "power off" slider may appear and the screen may go black, but do not release Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.
If iPhone won't turn on, or the display freezes or doesn't respond
  1. Press and hold the Home button for at least six seconds, until the application you were using quits.
  2. If that doesn't work, turn iPhone off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPhone for a few seconds until a red slider appears, and then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
  3. If that doesn't work, reset iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

More resets:
Try This:
1. Remove Sim Card
2. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until Apple logo appears
3. Replace Sim Card
4. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until normal phone screen appears.

Also, Try this:
1.) Shut down the iPhone 3G.
2.) Start up iTunes
3.) Hold down HOME button on the iPhone 3G
4.) While keeping the HOME button depressed, plug in the Sync cable
5.) A message will pop up to ask if you want to reset.
6.) Just click YES and the reset process should start.
