The vent fins that swing

the vent fins that swing back and forth on my pelonis portable ac/heater/dehumid, 8000 btu ac, mpc-08er are broken where do i get extra ones to replace them and also what can i do to make it cooler, even if i set it to 62 it still is not cool enough. the filter is clean and the water bucket is empty, the exhaust hose is not blocked. also there are vent fins behind the ones that move, do those move?
