I would first check that the batteries (+) is all pointing down in the remote. If they are all pointing down, then you probably need a new remote. Call 1-800-333-3474, speak with Tech support to get another remote. I hope this helps.

My hunter ceiling fan works by remote . My remote fell And the batteries fell out, now my ceiling fan won't turn on the lights or the fan. It won't even work if I pull on the chains

I always look for the simplest answer first.
This MAY be the problem: you reinserted one or more of the batteries with the wrong orientation. Typically, they will connect in series to produce a higher voltage than a single battery by itself.
For example, an AA battery puts out about 1.5 Volts, and two AA's in series would produce about 3 Volts, with the positive of one battery connecting to the negative end of the other; the negative of the first and the positive of the second connect to the remote's terminals. The connection between the two batteries is usually in the battery holder in the remote, and the batteries will be physically oriented in opposite directions. For example:batts-g3g4rd04a0x5u31qpoveqzom-1-0.gif
Of course, something inside the remote may have broken instead, but double-check the battery connections first.

Magnavox 37MF23ID, would not turn on. Power button only blinks (green light). We have switched power cords and nothing happens. No picture, no sound.

if the power light comes on but the screen stays black, then your TV might be on the wrong input Channel. for example: you switch inputs when you play games or watch dvds vs. watching regular tv. Try to change the input

I have a JWIN VD519 DVD player that has worked fine till this evening. The remote suddenly stopped responding even after changing for new AAA duracell batteries. Nothing has been spilt on the remote...

Hello

you can test your remote with a mobilephone camera like this:

open camera on the phone an hold the remote front against the camera

(approx 10cm from it) press a button and look in the display on the phone.

if the controller works you should se a blue light in the display coming from the remote front.

if no light: try other batteries again note the battery polarity. no light= controller broken.

if there is light= the remote is working. try to disconnect power from the DVD for a few minutes,

and try again. if it still not works the player is propably broken.

Good Luck

My S107 worked fine the fist 5 minute flight. On my second attempt nothing would happen. The green light on the controller just blinks. Occasionally when I turn them both on the chopper just takes off...

Seems like your controller is not working. Try to change its batteries.
With new batteries try the following:
1. Turn the controller ON. Wait until green light stops blinking.
2. Turn the helicopter ON.
3. Give it throttle few times until it starts working.

Sometimes controller can still work even if has a blinking light. But these cases are very rare.

REmote control RM-C1257G not working even after trying new batteries

Try this

1. Get camera phone
2. set camera phone to to take picture
3. point remote at camera and look at the camera display
4. press buttons on the remote, you should a light from the Remotes IR.
5a. If NO light is seen, your remote is broken. you can try replacing the batteries to double check
5b. if Yes, light is seen. Your remote is working and you may have a problem with the TV.

As a double check, get a remote you know is working and try the same thing to verify that you are checking the remotes correctly.

Remote will not work

if the light is staying on this means that a button is stuck down on your remote. It might be defective I would contact the company about warranty.
