It looks like your phone is about to short-circuit. I think your phone is a GSM (T-mobile, AT&T, etc....) phone, which in this case should have the option to transer your pers. data to the SIM card. Check your phone's manual for How To and you can retrieve those info via another phone or SIM card reader (Ebay).
I suggest you get the card reader,, it can let you edit, add and back-up all your pers data from your computer....best of all, it's not that expensive.

I would suggest doing a master reset to the phone and then trying to copy the sim numbers to the phone. Good luck.

The razr that i had could only store 4 numbers on the sim card, your phone book is stored on your phone's memory not your sim. I'm pretty sure that you cannot transfer your phone book over to your sim card.

is your phonebook located at the sim or in the phone book?
