From the microsoft support page, it suggests to uninstall the driver and and click on scan for hardware changes to re-install or upgrade the driver. Here is the page:

Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37) Recommended resolution

The driver returned failure from its DriverEntry routine. Uninstall the driver, and then click Scan for hardware changes to reinstall or upgrade the driver.

Error message: Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37) *** My disk drive disappears or won't read any disk

Your driver may be corrupt so you can try re-installing the drivers for your drive. If you don't already have the drivers then you can download it from you device manufacturers website.
Thanks
