this happen to me a couple times before if remember you need the orginal remote then hold down menu and another button sorry i dont remember which one sorry hope this can help
My Advent TV did the same thing. Blue Screen with a red lock in the upper left corner. Just press and hold the display button for about 10 seconds. It will clearn
my tv did the same thing about one month after i bought it luckily it was still under warranty it turned out that when i had a lightning storm it shorted some fuse inside the part was $100 i tried to replace it myself but it needed a specail tool. good luck
I called another aervice, they responded in 10 minutes, my TV does Not have a digital converter but it will work with any cable company after February 2009.
